2016
One room, six racks
Pulse opens as a 1,800 sq ft strength room with two coaches and a whiteboard programme.
2019
The Engine Room
Conditioning wing and 30m turf track added; group classes hit 30 per week.
2022
Recovery matters
Sauna, ice plunge, and in-house physiotherapy open — recovery becomes part of the plan.
